Filipinos love to celebrate anything big or small. So when my good friend and mare Jeannie  passed her US Citizenship test and attended her U.S. Citizenship ceremony, we decided to eat at Tres Hombres Grill and Cantina to celebreate. This a Mexican restaurant located at 3298 Highland Dr, Millcreek, UT 84106. After our simple lunch celebration we decided to grab a desserts at Délice Bakery & Café  located at 2747 State St, Salt Lake City, UT 84115. We are very satisfied of what we ate. But most of all the bonding we had together. Friends that eat together, stay together. CONGRATULATIONS JEANNIE!

What is boodle fight?
A boodle fight is a very large and different variety of foods. Boodle fight was a adaptation of Philippine Military's style of eating and dining together. In the Philippines, friends and family gather for a boodle fight, a fabulous feast served on banana leaves and eaten with bare hands (KAMAYAN) they sit or stand around the table. It is strictly hands only, no spoons, forks or knives. Boodle fight became so popular that there are now restaurants from Philippines and abroad who serve Boodle fight style. ​ 

Spent our Saturday with BEST of Good Friends. We got invited to our friends house for a backyard barbecue. Never a dull moment to be with them. Catching up and talking stories and have some drinks. Knowing that our friends are decided to go back to Philippines for good. We definitely miss you Cat and Tom. Wishing you all the BEST of Life friends.
