Teriyaki Beef Kabob perfect for summer barbecue with family and friends. This marinated sauce is made from scratch. Aloha Soy sauce, fresh ground black pepper, fresh garlic, pineapple juice ( i run out of pineapple juice so i substituted with orange juice), brown sugar to give that carmelized texture on the meat and granulated sugar. For the meat I used Beef chuck short ribs, you can use Ribeye, Sirloin or TriTip. For the vegetables I used green and red bell pepper, sweet onion or red onion and fresh pineapple for sweetness and tangy taste to it. You may use different vegetables you desire.
Note: I marinate the beef overnight to make sure all that goodness from marinated sauce soak up into to the meat and gives you that ONO flavor. Grilled to perfection moist and delicious, definitely burst on your mouth.

Flavored with ginger, shallots, garlic, bile, vinegar, salt, ground black pepper and chilies. This exotic soup really brings back my childhood memories while growing up in the Philippines. And of course credit to my loving mother for teaching me how to make this delicious soup.
